Sushi can be an overwhelming experience for diners new to the experience. We created an engaging multitouch menu and order Surface experience to help diners explore the craft of Sushi and available dishes within a much less intensive interaction setting.

Diners could use the boats to peruse the types of Sushi available.

After selecting a creation, diners could watch video of the process, find out facts about the fish, or simply place an order by dragging the selection to the community plate.

After adding items to the plate, diners could submit the order for their table.
